The Big Guy Lowe will almost always order it if out for breakfast. This past weekend we finally bought the little pan that makes it easy and clean to poach eggs. Hence, our fully home made eggs benedict-- from the hollandaise sauce to the hash browns. Ohhhhh my was this good!
I think I could eat it again tomorrow morning...

Okay, now I know what we are having for our next lunch date. I have never tried eggs benedict. That looks yummy!
