Lego Land

Our oldest son loves Leogs. He's been building with Legos since he was a little over two years old (Grammy's house was a lego heaven for boys--it still is.) We were surprised when he was able to manipulate the tiny pieces and put them together, not taking long for him to begin actually building cars, planes, etc. As the years have passed his building has increased as has the size of the projects. He even is a member of the Lego Club and gets a magazine sent to him in the mail (we check way more than the every other month delivery rate!!) Now the Big Guy Lowe is very involved in the Lego activities of the house too, and the just younger brother wants to be in the thicke of it all as well.

We found out that our son rates the projects in their "Coolness" by the number of lego guys included in the project. This is a GREAT project!!

The thing I like about Legos is how they help our house be clean. Is that an odd statement?? Well, I've never seen the boys pick things up so fast as when I say that I'm going to vacuum. And as we all know vacuums are no respecters of Legos. ;)
